We are proud to announce our new HelpDesk for all customer Support and Sales issues. We are growing and taking the steps to ensure our quality customer service continues and is available to you 24/7.
Our new HelpDesk support, Hakim, is available to our customers from 12am-8am PST (our late night to early morning when offices are closed): Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. He is able to assist with Support as well as Sales issues.
We are happy to provide our customers with the quality service we pride ourselves in and encourage our customers to utilize their new support feature.
